01 / Social media management
Leave fewer stories untold.
Share more of what matters.
Something happens in your business every day that could make a worthwhile post. wirkt. turns it into social media with substance, from the story idea and words to images and agreed publication.
From project to post
A good project photo shows what happened. A good post explains why others should care.
The editorial question: what thought should stay with readers after they scroll on?
Illustrative example, not a published client post.
What we take on
Posts with
a good reason.
An active channel needs stories that fit your company and a process that works on a busy day. We bring both together. You give us access to your work; we develop it into content.
Stories and rhythm
We find stories in your projects, team news, products and customer questions. They become a realistic plan with suitable channels, formats and approval dates.
Words and images
We write openings, sharpen the main point and select images. We prepare existing material for each post and can add simple clips by agreement.
Review and approval
You receive clear drafts. Specialist questions, changes and approvals go through an agreed contact, so posts do not get lost among separate messages.
Publication and learning
Within the agreed scope, we schedule or publish approved posts. Feedback and available channel data help us refine stories and formats for the next round.
Why the work matters
Show why people
can trust you with the job.
People who do not know your company initially see little more than a name. Good posts give them reasons to look closer: experience, care, real people and clear answers to real questions.
Before the first conversation
A prospect can already see the problems you solve, how you work and what you pay attention to. A concrete project post gives them more to ask about than another generic claim about quality.
Show what it is like to work for you
Who works with whom? What does a day look like? What responsibilities can people take on? An honest glimpse helps candidates judge whether they could see themselves in your company.
Stay visible to existing contacts
A new service, project milestone or useful tip brings you back to mind. The post gives contacts a specific reason to think of you or ask a question.
The same business.
Three different perspectives.
We choose channels by where your audience is and which stories make sense there. Not every topic needs to appear everywhere.
The professional perspective
Projects, experience and informed views give your work context. We show what your business can do and which insight matters to others.
A look behind the scenes
People, processes and details make a business tangible. Image series and short videos can make complex work easier to see.
A connection to everyday life
News, events and local topics may have a place here. What counts is your existing community and why the story matters to them.
One thought becomes a post
‘Project finished’
becomes a story.
The most interesting part often emerges when we ask one more question. What was difficult? Which decision helped? What can someone facing a similar task learn from it?
Ask: The project lead explains the challenge in a few sentences.
Select: A real image shows the decisive step.
Focus: One specific insight carries the post.
Illustrative working example, not a client project.
‘Renovation complete. Everything went well. Photos are in the folder.’
The most important part of the renovation was the preparation.
A possible opening for the post
The business had to keep running during the work. So we split the changeover into separate steps and discussed each handover with the team in advance.
What we learned: a good plan is only finished when everyone involved knows what comes next.
We agree with your company which details may be made public.
Close to everyday work
One phone photo.
And the right question.
You do not need an elaborate campaign idea to begin. A photo of the finished piece, a question from a customer or a quick account from a job site can be enough.
We ask: what was unusual about this task? Which decision made the outcome possible? What would help someone planning similar work? From there we develop a post with a clear point.
If the existing material cannot yet support that point, we identify what is missing. Often it is a photo of one detail, a sentence about the starting point or an explanation of a technical term.

What you can review
You see the finished post.
And know what happens next.
Organic posts need consistency. Reach, enquiries or applications cannot be guaranteed. Paid advertising and responses to incoming messages can be agreed separately if needed.
A complete draft for approval
A draft includes the finished copy, its image or video, the intended channel and publication time. Open factual questions are gathered alongside it. You can decide without piecing a post together from several messages.
One clear route for questions
One person in your business gathers feedback. We record what needs changing and which version is approved. If something changes at short notice, everyone knows which version is current.
Review progress against the goal
Depending on available data, we may look at profile visits, clicks, saved posts or meaningful responses. We also ask what you heard in conversations: did someone mention a post? Did new questions arise? That informs the next round of stories.
Social media in everyday business
Give LinkedIn and Instagram
real stories to work with.
A finished project, new team member, event or frequent customer question can become a post. Together we choose what works on each channel and prepare the words and material.
Make expertise clear.
Project journeys, new services, team insights and specialist knowledge become posts with a clear point for business contacts.
Show the work.
Photos, short clips and glimpses of products, people or processes tell the same story visually, without building an artificial agency world.
Publish regularly.
Together we set the stories, frequency, material needs and approvals. The plan stays flexible when something timely happens in your business.
How we work together
A dependable pace.
A manageable effort.
We organise stories, create posts, prepare material and coordinate the agreed publication.
You share insight, answer factual questions and approve drafts on time through a named contact.
Get to know you
We clarify audiences, current channels, tone of voice and the topics your company actually deals with.
Plan
We prioritise stories and decide what material is needed. Scope and pace fit the resources you have.
Develop
We create posts and gather open questions. Your contact checks the facts and approves the content.
Keep going
After publication, we gather feedback and stories for the next round. That is how ongoing editorial work takes shape.
Good to know
The details
before we begin.
The right support depends on your business, the material available and your goals. We agree the exact scope before work starts.
How many posts make sense?
That depends on the number of worthwhile stories and the resources available. We agree a sustainable rhythm and a specific scope. A standard number of posts is no substitute for planning.
What photos or videos do we need to get started?
Existing photos or short recordings are a good start. We check quality and usability, explain what is missing and discuss how to add to the material. More involved shoots are agreed separately.
Are advertising and community management included?
Advertising budgets, ongoing responses to comments or messages, and response times are agreed separately. They are not automatically part of editorial support.
Can you continue our existing channels?
Yes. We begin by looking at your content, audiences and existing access. Formats that work can continue within a clear editorial process.
The next step
Your next post is already
somewhere in your business.
Show us what is happening. Together we will find stories and a level of support that suits your working day.
